Kaylee joined IFS in April 2026 as our Client Concierge, bringing a warm, service‑driven approach to every client interaction. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Social Work, grounding her work in both organizational insight and genuine people‑centered care.
With more than a decade of customer‑facing experience, Kaylee excels at creating smooth, welcoming experiences for clients and supporting the team with her detail‑oriented style. Originally from Ohio, she relocated to Florida in 2021 and has fully embraced the sunshine lifestyle.
Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family, and her spoiled dog Ellie. She loves reading, watching movies, traveling, and relaxing by the pool — anything that helps her unwind and recharge. Kaylee looks forward to getting to know each client and making their experience with IFS feel effortless and welcoming.
