Weekly
Meetings are held with fund and investment vendors to educate on investments and changes. Client portfolios are rebalanced as needed for upcoming meetings.
BiWeekly
Investment Policy Committee meetings are held to review investment strategies based on news, forecasts and market considerations. It may be determined to hold, buy or sell specific investments considering the clients’ best interests. Investment holdings are reviewed for large positions and adjustments made as necessary.
Monthly
Client portfolio performance is updated. Stock positions held by clients are reviewed to determine if they are performing in line with our standards/expectations. Stock Reporting is updated utilizing Raymond James recommendations along with additional credible market research and our proprietary evaluation system.
Quarterly
Asset allocation strategies are reviewed and compared to benchmarks considering performance, current economic, market and geo-political situations. Investment changes are documented and incorporated within client portfolios as necessary.
Annually
Year-end comparisons on main market indices – Dow Jones, S&P500, Nasdaq, etc. Annual performance is reflected on prior year in addition to trend forecasting based on Raymond James and various vendor research. Tax harvesting may be conducted on applicable accounts if suitable for your individual situation.
