Martha joined the team in 2006 as our Human Resources Manager. In this position, she manages all of the business functions of the office including human resources, accounting, and payroll. She created the IFS on-boarding process, which she conducts with every new employee. Her areas of expertise include bookkeeping, administrative support, event planning, and sales support.

Prior to Independent Financial Services, she worked for a national broker-dealer, where she spent 17 years in a variety of positions including accounting, product management, sales support, and commissions. At this office, Martha has been awarded Employee of the Month and Year designations on numerous occasions.

Martha is a native of New York and has lived in Florida for over 25 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends – mostly taking her daughter to school activities, figure skating lessons and competitions.
