At Independent Financial Services, community impact is woven into who we are. Jodi currently serves on the board of the Business Transition Council—a nonprofit dedicated to educating business owners and the professionals who support them on successful succession, transition, and exit strategies. She also sits on the Advisory Board for the Personal Financial Planning Degree Program at USF and is an active member of Charity Chics Tampa. Over the years, she has also contributed her time and leadership as a former board member for the Hillsborough PACE Center for Girls. Our commitment to giving back extends well beyond board service; our team regularly volunteers with organizations such as Dress for Success, Ecosphere, and Metropolitan Ministries. We proudly encourage every employee to stay involved in the community, offering paid volunteer days each year to support the causes that matter most to them.
