Joanna joined IFS in April 2024 as our Client Service Associate. She previously worked at Ameriprise Financial where she managed and prioritized client requests and inquiries with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Additionally, Joanna was employed at local prep schools where she provided administrative support for various departments, including the athletic office.
As your go-to person for all things related to paperwork and operations, Joanna is here to help answer your questions and solve your problems. She will be sure to respond promptly and always with a smile!
Originally from Massachusetts, Joanna played Division I softball at Fairfield University in Connecticut. Her hobbies include golf, cornhole, baseball, and softball. Joanna and her husband enjoy visiting coffee shops and breweries.
