Alexander Ezra, CFP®

A former University of South Florida Bull, Alex graduated with a double major in Finance and Personal Finance at the Muma College of Business with a minor in Marketing. He holds his Series 7 (General Securities Representative) Registration, the Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law Examination) Registration, and the Florida Insurance License for Life, Health, and Annuities (2-15). On December 7th, 2021, he became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^™ professional. This is often considered the gold standard for financial planners, and he became the third CFP® professional at IFS.

Alex joined our team as a Paraplanner and Branch Associate in June of 2019. He has since been promoted to Associate Advisor and has begun working with his own clients in addition to supporting our Lead Advisors. He also serves as one of our New Client Specialists. If you’re new to IFS (Independent Financial Services) and want to schedule a meeting, Alex is the one you’ll most likely speak with.

Alex lives in Wesley Chapel with his beautiful wife, Andrea, and their daughter. They have a goal to see all 50 states together. He enjoys playing music, cooking (& eating), and the outdoors. When he is not at work, you’ll probably find Alex in a coffee shop reading a book by his favorite author C.S. Lewis or working on his new home.
