The US Department of Health & Human Services have estimated that between the ages 18-44 spend on average $2,985 each year on their health, ages 45-64 spend on average $6,406 each year and ages 65+ spend on average $11,316 each year. With the summer months coming our way quickly, it is imperative that we take care of our health.
One easy way to improve your health is to go for a relaxing walk outside, either by yourself or with friends & family. Enjoy the fresh air and help calm your mind.
Another simple way is to drink more water (H2O). It is free at restaurants and a 24 pack of bottled water is cheaper than one Iced White Chocolate Mocha at Starbucks.
The final simple way is to get enough sleep at night. Sleep helps our bodies repair, be fit and ready for another day to conquer. Sleep is the easiest of them all because you just have to close your eyes. You only have one body, keep it well-oiled like a machine!
